Our office is on the 11th floor, (suite 1102), of the Republic Building, which is located at the corner of Fifth Street and Muhammad Ali Boulevard in downtown Louisville. Our address is 429 W. Muhammad Ali Boulevard, Louisville, Kentucky 40202. The Republic Building’s entrance is on Muhammad Ali Boulevard and has a green awning covering the front door.

Our office is conveniently located one-block from the Office of Workers’ Claims Hearing Site on West Chestnut Street and is within walking distance of the Social Security Hearing Site on West Broadway and the Jefferson Judicial Center (Courthouse) and the Hall of Justice.

DIRECTIONS TO OUR OFFICE:

• From the South: Take I-65 North to the Muhammad Ali Boulevard exit. Merge onto Muhammad Ali Boulevard and continue to the corner of Muhammad Ali Boulevard and Fifth Street. The Republic Building will be located directly on your Right.
• From the East: Take I-64 West to the Third Street Exit. Go straight through the light at the bottom of the exit and continue to Muhammad Ali Boulevard. Take a right on Muhammad Ali Boulevard and proceed two blocks to the corner of Muhammad Ali Boulevard and Fifth Street. The Republic Building will be located directly on your Right.
• From Prospect, Middletown and Oldham County: Take I-71 South. Near downtown, merge onto I-64 West. Take I-64 West to the Third Street Exit. Go straight through the light at the bottom of the exit and continue to Muhammad Ali Boulevard. Take a right on Muhammad Ali Boulevard and proceed two blocks to the corner of Muhammad Ali Boulevard and Fifth Street. The Republic Building will be located directly on your Right.
• From Clarksville or Jeffersonville, Indiana: Take I-65 South across the Kennedy Bridge. Take the Jefferson Street exit and continue to Third Street. Take a Left on Third Street and continue to Muhammad Ali Boulevard. Take a right on Muhammad Ali Boulevard and proceed two blocks to the corner of Muhammad Ali Boulevard and Fifth Street. The Republic Building will be located directly on your Right.
• From New Albany, Indiana: Take I-64 East to the Ninth Street / Roy Wilkins exit. Continue straight at the bottom of the exit and continue to Broadway. Take a Left on Broadway and continue to Fifth Street. Take a Left on Fifth Street and continue to the corner of Fifth Street and Muhammad Ali Boulevard. The Republic Building will be located on across Muhammad Ali Boulevard on your Right.
